The Youth Board shall consist of three elected members which are to include one youth at least 18 years old and one Senior Citizen; three Youth Counselors appointed by the Pastor, one of whom shall be a member from the Board of Elders; they shall serve in an advisory capacity and as a resource for the Youth Counselors.
