The Pastor is responsible for leading the congregation to fulfill its mission and ministry in accord with the Scriptures and especially the "Great Commission." The Pastor serves as a good shepherd and spiritual leader, demonstrating Biblical behavior characteristics, including kindness, patience, friendliness, self control, forgiveness, gentleness, faith, hope, love, caring, and enthusiasm to seek the lost.
